Directions for use

• Choose a liner-shade to best blend with your eye color. A line drawn close to the lid enhances the dramatic effect, increasing with the line's thickness.

  Not everyone is used to applying eyeliner - especially on the upper eyelash a straight line is sometimes difficult to draw. A straight line will be easier to draw if you place a make-up mirror on the table and sit down in front of it. Then rest on the table with the elbow of the arm you draw with and draw the line!
