Our skincare products are a combination of organic, natural and handmade. Simply follow the easy to use guides to help find the best product for you.
We carefully choose and source the best quality ingredients and use organic where available. Our products do not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphates, Parabens, Petrochemicals, Lanolin, Colours & Artificial perfumes which can be harmful to the skin. We do not see a need to use nasty chemicals on our body which is detrimental to our well being and our environment.
Ultimate Skincare never sell products that use animal derived ingredients, and some products sold are suitable for vegans too. (Just follow the easy to use symbols)
We are totally against animal testing and none of our products have been tested on animals. However, we’re not against using them on our team! All the products on sale have been used by someone here at Ultimate Skincare to check the quality, smell and durability of the goods. Basically here at Ultimate Skincare if we recommend a product to family and friends we stock it, if we wouldn’t recommend it then we don’t.
At Ultimate Skincare we are concerned about the environment, and adopt policies that minimize the impact of our business upon the world around us. As far as possible we recycle the packaging that we receive from our suppliers when sending out our parcels. Sometimes you’ll receive your goods in a cardboard box that is being reused. All packaging that cannot be reused is recycled. We are committed to effectively managing energy consumption, reducing waste, recycling and buying from ethical companies as much as possible. We also within the office recycle and reuse everything we can. We try to do the majority of our paperwork electronically where possible to reduce the amount of paper used.
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within two days of receipt of goods to arrange an exchange or refund. The goods should be promptly returned to us including the original invoice and packaging. Upon receipt of the goods we will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to Goods returned in this way until they are received at our address (Ultimate Skincare, Church View, Ashbrook Close, Ossett, WF5 ). We strongly recommend that returns are sent securely wrapped and are sent by “Insured registered delivery” and the original proof of posting is kept.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us, or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer) but any goods may be returned within fourteen days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused together with the return form supplied with the delivery. Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or used products. If they are unopened and unused and you cancel your order before we send out your parcel, we will be happy to refund your full payment, excluding return postage costs (if applicable). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage for cancelled or returned orders other than for damaged or faulty goods. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Lost Goods If your product is lost in transit, please contact us by phone or email.
